NeverThe same class twice. Reformer, tower, chair and Lagree, endlessly recombined.

Fali built Pilates of McLean as the opposite of a big-box studio. Small rooms, real attention, and sequences she designs herself, class by class. Her clients describe the same thing in different words: she is demanding, she is warm, and she notices everything.

She is a certified Lagree instructor, and added Lagree so her clients could train both ways under one roof. Today she leads a small team of instructors and still teaches the floor herself, from first-timers to clients who have trained with her for a decade.

The studio's signature class. Faster sequences, harder variations and chair work for people who know their way around the machine.

Slow tempo, long sets, no rest and no impact, on the Lagree machine. Expect the shake.

Questions
I've never done any of these. Where should I start?

Most people start with reformer Pilates to learn how the springs and carriage feel, then add chair and Lagree. If you're already active and want intensity, start with Lagree and tell your instructor it's your first class.

Is Lagree the same as other machine-based workouts?

Lagree is Sebastien Lagree's own method, taught on the machine he designed for it, the Megaformer. Other studios run their own formats on similar machines. Lagree of McLean teaches the Lagree Method itself.

Is it hard on the joints?

Reformer, chair and Lagree are all low impact, with no jumping or running. Springs give smooth resistance and can also support you.

What should I wear?

Fitted, comfortable clothes you can move in, plus grip socks. Loose clothing can catch on springs and straps.

Where can I see prices and intro offers?

Rates, packages and any introductory offers are kept current on the live booking page.
